We respect your privacy and care about protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit martinci.com and use our forms, and how it is used and protected.
Scope
This policy covers the martinci.com website only. Our products, such as Martinci TopluMail, have their own privacy policies, published on each product’s site. The policy has been prepared in line with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.

Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you are interested in, budget range (optional) and your message
- Email sign-up forms (homepage and page footer): email address
- With each form submission: IP address, date and time of submission
- Server logs: IP address, browser and device information, page visited, date and time, error logs
- Information you share if you contact us directly by email or phone
- If you arrived through an ad link, the ad source (UTM tags such as the campaign name, and the landing page); sent to us together with your form submission
- Only if you consent to advertising cookies (Meta Pixel and Conversions API): pages you visit, browser and device information, IP address, Meta cookie identifiers and the ad click ID; if you submit the contact form, also your email address, phone number and name, irreversibly hashed
There are no user accounts on our website, and no payment information is collected.
Ad measurement (Meta Pixel)
We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads; both run only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. If you don’t consent, no data is sent to Meta and the site works the same.
If you consent, the pages you visit are reported to Meta; if you submit the contact form, it is reported as a “lead”, with your email address, phone number and name irreversibly hashed. The content of your message is never shared with Meta.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
Tools we don’t use
Apart from Meta Pixel, no advertising, analytics or visitor tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, session recording or heatmap tools) are used.
Fonts and all images are served from our own server; unless you consent to advertising cookies, no requests are made to third-party servers to display our pages.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests, contact you and prepare proposals
- To keep the website secure: blocking spam and automated submissions, and limiting many submissions in a short time
- To detect and fix technical issues
- To fulfil our legal obligations
Sharing information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared with the providers needed to run the service (hosting and email infrastructure), with Meta for ad measurement only with your consent, and with competent authorities where required by law.
Form submissions reach us through our email infrastructure provider, whose servers are located abroad. See the Privacy Notice (KVKK) for details.
Data security

- Form input is validated and filtered against malicious content
- Repeated submissions from the same IP address in a short time are limited
- Forms can only be submitted through our website
- Server access is limited to authorised people; security headers (HSTS, content security policy, etc.) are used

Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can write to kvkk@martinci.com. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, after your identity is verified. All your rights and how to apply are set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
Children’s privacy
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you become aware of such a case, please contact us and we will delete the data immediately.
Data breaches
If a breach that compromises the security of personal data is detected, the Personal Data Protection Board is notified as soon as possible and within 72 hours at the latest, the people affected are informed within the shortest reasonable time, and the necessary measures are taken immediately.
